Recept za šnenokle je ovdje zapravo usput da bih vam otkrila genijalan trik kako sačuvati jagode svježima što dulje.
Naime, vrlo često kupim jagode (nebitno u koje doba godine i otkud su), dođem doma i kroz nekoliko sati već one postanu gnjecave. Nekad čak i takve dođu do doma. Da bih tome priskočila, počela sam čim dođem doma jagode trpati u staklenke i u hladnjak. Izdržalo je svaki put nekoliko dana koliko mi je bilo potrebno, a ovaj put sam ih – zaboravila. Od 19.03. do 03.04. su jagode bile u staklenci i čak i nakon tako dugog perioda, nakon što sam ih izvadila, tek nekoliko točkica sam morala izvaditi koje su bile nagnječene. Ostalo je bilo savršeno i dalje ukusno. U videu na TikToku možete vidjeti kako je izgledala nakon tog perioda jedna jagoda koja je ostala vani.
Svakako preporučujem ovaj trik ako ponekad naletite na lijepe jagode, a nemate vremena možda isti tren nešto s njima pripremiti.

A sad na recept za naše šnenokle!
Potrebno vam je:
- 5 jaja
- 2 žlice gustina
- 6 žlica šećera
- 800 ml mlijeka
- 1 žlica ekstrakta vanilije
Odvojite bjelanjke od žutanjaka. Mlijeko stavite na vatru da zakuha. Dodajte mu vaniliju i jednu žlicu šećera.
Za to vrijeme bjelanjke umutite u čvrsti snijeg, a žutanjke umiksajte s 5 žlica šećera i 2 žlice gustina.
Kad mlijeko zakipi, žlicom vadite snijeg od bjelanjaka pa ih spuštajte u mlijeko. Što nježnije ih okrenite kad krenu rasti pa vadite van kad i druga strana “naraste”.
Ocijedite ih i vadite u zdjelice u kojima ćete šnenokle posluživati. Nama je ovo bilo dovoljno za četiri zdjelice srednje veličine.
Kad ste potrošili sve bjelanjke i napunili sve zdjelice, pola količine mlijeka ulijte u smjesu s jajima, laganim mlazom i miješajte cijelo vrijeme pjenjačom. Vratite tu smjesu u lonac u kojem je ostatak mlijeka, vratite na vatru i kuhajte dok se ne zgusne. Miješajte pjenjačom cijelo vrijeme da vam ne nastanu grudice. Ako vam se to ipak desi, samo pustite kremu kroz gusto cjedilo i spasili ste stvar.
Da ne poslužujemo šnenokle s keksima kako regule nalažu, ovaj put smo se ipak odlučili na jagode u acetu.
Jagode smo narezali na sitne kockice te dvije trećine ubacili u tavu sa žlicom šećera i tri žlice aceta od maraške OPG-a Matulić. Nakon nekoliko minuta, kad se oko jagoda počeo stvarati gusti umak, a jagode su omekšale, dodali smo ostatak jagoda, tek malo promiješali i ostavili sa strane da se ohladi. S ovako pripremljenim jagodama smo prelili naše šnenokle.
