Obožavamo pile pečeno u pećnici, no postoji jedan problem – pileća prsa. Komad mesa koji uvijek ostane u protvanu dok se svi pomamimo za batcima i krilcima pa zapravo i izbjegavamo peći cijelo pile jer se jednostavno ne pojede.

Kako se opet u ovoj kući ništa ne baca, bio je red i ovaj komad mesa iskoristiti u nečem finom, sočnom i kremastom.

Udružili smo ostatke piletine s friškim šparogama, hrpom sira i lisnatim tijestom, a dobili smo odličan zalogaj koji možete pojesti u svako doba dana ili ponijeti sa sobom na posao.

Potrebno vam je:

  • ostaci jednih pilećih prsa
  • maslac
  • 2 mlada luka
  • sol
  • papar
  • suhi začini
  • pola vezice šparoga
  • 150 grama naribanih tvrdih sireva
  • 1 dcl bijelog vina
  • 2 češnja češnjaka
  • 1 žlica kiselog vrhnja

Ostatke piletine usitnite na male komade. Možete ih izrezati ili natrgati. Na dvije žlice otopljenog maslaca stavite sitno nasjeckani mladi luk. Držite na srednjoj vatri uz miješanje dok ne omekša. Dodajte sitno sjeckani češnjak i suhe začine (bosiljak, majčina dušica, origano) pa posolite i popaprite sve bogato. Pojačajte vatru, promiješajte jednu minute, a zatim zalijte vinom. Kad vino ishlapi, dodajte šparoge i piletinu. Promiješajte pa dodajte naribani sir. Mi smo koristili tri vrste različitih sireva, a vama na volju dajemo koji ćete koristiti.
Dodajte 1 žlicu kiselog vrhnja pa sve promiješajte. Smjesa mora biti gusta, kremasta i sočna. Ako vam fali tekućine, dodajte i malo temeljca. Imajte na umu da ne smije biti previse tekuće. Začinite još po ukusu.

Pustite da se smjesa malo ohladi, a za to vrijeme pripremite lisnato tijesto. Mi smo kupili ono u roli pa smo ga izrezali na krugove pomoću čaše. Kad se smjesa ohladila, krugove smo po rubu premazali umućenim žutanjkom pa u sredinu stavili nadjev. Poklopite s drugim krugom od tijesta, prstima pritisnite uz rub koji je premazan žutanjkom da se zalijepi i tako dok ne potrošite smjesu. Ova količina smjese je bila dosta za dvije role lisnatog tijesta, točnije dvadesetak komada ovih peciva.

Pećnicu zagrijte na 185°C, a pripremljeno tijesto premažite umućenim žutanjkom te posipajte sezamom.
Pecite dvadesetak minuta ili dok ne poprime lijepu zlatnu boju.

Uživajte u ovom hrskavom pecivu s kremastim punjenjem dok je još toplo, ali odlično je čak i kad se ohladi!
